Juan Vicente Selva has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Jefe Operaciones for Serunion-Grupo Elior since January 2001, responsible for the exploitation accounts in the Levante region. Selva has supported the commercial team through technical and economic proposals. Previous roles include teaching courses on outsourcing and employment search techniques at INVATTUR, as well as serving as a university lecturer in collective catering at the University of Alicante. Earlier career positions include supervisor at Terra Mítica Park, team manager at Telepizza, investment advisor at Aegon Seguros, and statistics professor at Euroform. Juan Vicente Selva holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from ENAE Business School and a Licenciatura in Ciencias Actuariales y Financieras from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
