Pawan Chareja has over a decade of experience in legal and secretarial roles, currently serving as Manager - Secretarial and Legal at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. since March 2014, following positions as Secretarial Officer, Assistant Secretarial Officer, and Management Trainee within the same organization. Prior to this, Pawan was a Trainee at N.V. Gopal & Co., Company Secretaries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an Associate's degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Modern College of Arts, Science & Commerce, among other certifications related to social audit and financial asset valuation.
