Danielle Fillimon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Field Operations at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since November 2022, Danielle is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and optimizing the Go-to-Market strategy for a team of 90. Previously, as Chief People Officer at Statespace, Danielle developed the HR function and expanded the workforce from 10 to 184 while overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Operations. With a strong background in managing field operations, Danielle held key positions at Samsung Electronics America and Premium Retail Services, where leadership in sales management and operational excellence was demonstrated. Danielle's career began with figure skating instruction, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to training and development. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wesley College.
