Pallav Sabharwal has extensive work experience in the market research industry. Pallav started their career at ICM Direct in 2008, where they worked in various roles including Online Panel Manager and Senior Supervisor. Their responsibilities involved managing and supervising quantitative and qualitative projects, as well as moderating social websites for clients. In 2017, Pallav joined Kantar as a Research Manager in the Health division, before being promoted to Team Leader in 2019. Pallav worked at Kantar until 2021. Currently, Pallav is employed at Sermo as a Client Service Manager, and they have been promoted twice since joining in 2021, first to Senior Client Service Manager and currently as the Client Service Director.
