Alfredo Die-Trill is an experienced HR professional and consultant with a proven track record in transforming organizational cultures and optimizing processes. Currently serving as People & Talent Director at SERMICRO since November 2020, Alfredo is focused on evolving the company from an administrative to a people-oriented approach. As the CEO and Founder of Bee Lab from February 2016 to November 2020, Alfredo fostered an environment for entrepreneurship and creativity within a coworking space. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Mindwork, where leadership and change management were emphasized, and various HR positions at Banco Sabadell and Lloyds Banking Group.
