Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
