Edilson Junior is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the CEO of Serlares since January 2023, Edilson previously held the CEO position at ETX Assessoria e Participações Ltda from January 2017 to October 2023. Their entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the President and Founder of ET&M Ind. e Com. de Alimentos Ltda from January 2014 to December 2018. Additional leadership experience includes serving as the Director of Sectoral Development at ADECE between July 2014 and May 2015 and as the President of AEDI - Associação das Empresas dos Distritos Industriais do Ceará from March 2009 to February 2013. Edilson's career at Serlares began in May 1990, culminating in the role of Diretor Presidente until December 2013. Edilson Junior holds a degree in Contabilidade, Administração e Negócios from Universidade de Fortaleza, which was completed in March 1990.
