Oliver Zou is a Site Reliability Engineer at Serko Ltd. since December 2022, with prior experience as an Application Management Service Delivery Consultant at DXC Technology from February 2020 to December 2022, focusing on release management and deployment troubleshooting. Previously, Oliver held an Engineering Intern position at ABB, where responsibilities included coding and designing a mini Manufacturing Execution System. Additional experience includes conducting research on RFID technology at The University of Auckland and working as an Engineering Assistant at Pinto Trailers LTD. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Auckland, both completed in 2019.
