Jannis Gundermann is an accomplished software engineer and consultant with extensive experience in engineering leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Experience at Serko Ltd. since May 2023, Jannis Gundermann also owns a software consulting firm providing engineering and coaching services since January 2012. Previous positions include Principal Engineer and Digital Strategist at Purple Shirt, Software Technical Lead at Contact Energy Ltd., and various roles at ClearPoint Ltd., where contributions included the development of cutting-edge web applications and training teams in modern technologies such as React. Jannis Gundermann holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Auckland University of Technology, awarded in 2008.
