Yelena Alishayev is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in development accounting and project financial management. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Accounting at Seritage Growth Properties since October 2017, Yelena oversees all development accounting aspects for a diverse portfolio of 35 million square feet across retail, residential, and industrial sectors. Previous roles include positions at Madison Realty Capital as a Senior Project Accountant, Magnum Real Estate Group LLC as Manager of Project Accounting, and The Howard Hughes Corporation as a Senior Project Accountant, among others. Yelena has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budget control, cost tracking, and project financial analysis throughout a progressive career in the real estate industry. Yelena holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro University.
