Leah Colins is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious food-related roles. Currently serving as Senior Culinary Editor at Serious Eats since May 2023, Leah previously held positions at America's Test Kitchen, including Deputy Food Editor in the Books Division and several editorial roles from 2014 to early 2023.
