Courtney Bell has over 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Interpreter at the University of Cincinnati. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Conversion Manager at Vantiv. In 2013, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Rainmaker Resources, LLC. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Senior Regional Sourcing Officer at PNC. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Manager of HR & Talent Acquisition at LISNR. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a People Operations Manager at Make School. Currently, they are a People & Culture Manager at Serimmune Inc. and will soon be a Manager of Talent & Culture at LeadIQ.

Courtney Bell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human and Economic Geography from the University of Cincinnati between 2008 and 2012. In March 2015, they obtained a Loma Level 1 certification.
