Stéphane Chevalier has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Stéphane started their career at Logica in 1996, where they progressed from a Payroll Assistant to the Compensation and Benefits Manager. Stéphane then joined Econocom in 2002 as an HR Manager, responsible for the IT Hardware Maintenance sector. In this role, they successfully managed a reorganization plan and negotiated with unions.
Following this, Chevalier became the HR Director of Security Papers at ArjoWiggins Canson in 2004. In this position, they oversaw compensation and benefits, recruitment, and served as the HR Manager for a plant. After that, they joined Kennametal in 2008 as an HR Manager for Western Europe. Stéphane was in charge of managing manufacturing, sales, and administrative teams, and also led the closure of a French plant.
Chevalier then joined Serimax in 2009 as a Regional HR Manager for EMEA/CIS. During their time in Serimax, they managed expatriates, assigned employees, and technicians rotating abroad. In 2012, they moved to Vallourec and assumed the role of EAMEA-Oil & Gas HR Director. In this role, they were responsible for the HR management of a global team of 4,200 employees across different countries.
Finally, in 2017, Chevalier returned to Serimax as the VP HR. In this position, they served as the HR Director for the company, overseeing a workforce of 800 to 1200 employees in 7 entities worldwide. Stéphane also managed a team of 7 HR managers in 6 countries, providing operational HR management as a business partner.
Stéphane CHEVALIER obtained a Post Master degree diploma in Human Resources Management from Paris V - René Descartes in 1995. Stéphane also earned a Master 2 degree in Engineering of Human Resources from Université Paris V René Descartes in the same year, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. Stéphane later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Université Paris Cité, with no specified end year.
