Hayden Smith is a seasoned professional in well intervention engineering with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior LWIV Well Intervention Project Engineer at Serica Energy plc since December 2021, Hayden Smith previously held multiple roles at EnQuest from February 2014 to December 2021, including Well Intervention Specialist and Well Intervention Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed planning and executing well interventions across various North Sea fields. Prior experience includes positions at ExxonMobil, bp, BHP, Oxy, and Maersk Oil, encompassing supervisory roles and consulting responsibilities in wellwork, completions, and fishing operations. Early career experience includes positions with notable companies such as Schlumberger Dowell and Transocean from 1994 to 2002. Education was completed at Brechin High School between 1984 and 1988.
