Stephanie Fahringer is a seasoned professional in people development and education, currently serving as the People Development Senior Manager at Serge since June 2015. Stephanie has a diverse background, having held various roles including Operations Manager and Mobilization Administrator at the same organization. Prior experience includes teaching adult education at Community Learning Center, where Stephanie was instrumental in restarting the adult English language program, and serving as Development Coordinator, managing grant proposals and funding opportunities. Stephanie's educational foundation includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Education, as well as English Literature and Educational Studies from Swarthmore College. Additionally, experience as a writing teacher at Laboratory Charter School involved instructing low-income students in grades 4 through 8, with a focus on writing skills and related curricula.
