Joel Baker is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engineering Technician at the Directorate of Public Works since January 2024, while also working as a Project Manager at SERES Engineering & Services LLC and as an HVACR/TAB technician at Honeywell Building Solutions since September 2022 and February 2022, respectively. Joel has a background as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Central Georgia Technical College, following completion of the VECTOR program. With a distinguished military career, Joel served in various management positions within the U.S. Army for 30 years, culminating in the role of Command Sergeant Major. Joel holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Security Management, both from American Military University.
