Craig Vogel has an extensive background in business analysis and project management, with experience in various industries such as healthcare, insurance, and transportation. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Serenity, Craig has also held roles as a Product Manager and Director of Services. With previous positions at companies like Stave, NTT DATA Services, and Norima Consulting Inc., Craig has worked on projects for clients such as the Government of BC and Wawanesa Insurance. Prior to their current role, Craig has handled projects related to compliance, app development, and e-media coordination.
