Salvatore Rizza has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Salvatore started their career in 1998 as a Teacher at Peel District School Board, where they worked until 2015. In 2013, they also worked as a Site Supervisor at MGM DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED for two and a half years. In 2016, Salvatore joined East Coast Specialty Wines and Spirits as a Wine Distributor, Importer, and Sommelier for a few months before transitioning to Trinity Beverage Group, where they worked as a Key Account Wine and Spirit Specialist until early 2020. In 2020, they joined Brooklyn Spirits LLC as a Brand Specialist until the end of the year. Currently, Salvatore is working at Serendipity Wines LLC as an Account Specialist.

Salvatore Rizza's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern Languages from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in the years 1994 to 1998. Salvatore later pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the same university during the years 1998 to 1999. In 2015 to 2016, Salvatore attended the International Culinary Center, where they completed a program in Wine Steward/Sommelier and obtained the Sommelier degree.
