Lars Mariero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at Serendipity Partners and a Board Member at Perimed AB since February 2024, Lars also holds the position of Chairperson of the Board at TOPRO Mobility. Previously, Lars was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group from May 2021 to September 2022 and held various roles including Nordic Head of Health Services and Product Manager Health at If Insurance from April 2018 to April 2021. Early career experiences include roles as a Physician at Oslo kommune and a PhD Student in Experimental Cardiology at the University of Oslo, where Lars obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Academic credentials include a Medical Doctor degree and an International Baccalaureate from the University of Oslo and the International School of Stavanger, respectively.
