Lauren Zamler has extensive work experience in contracts and administration. Lauren is currently the Director of Contracts at SERCO INC since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Serco as a Senior Manager and Senior Contracts Representative from August 2015 to April 2022. Prior to Serco, they held positions at Raytheon Company as a Manager and Senior Contract Negotiator from February 2010 to July 2015. Lauren also worked as a Contracts Manager at Solute Consulting from June 2008 to February 2010, and as a Senior Government Contracts Manager at BioFocus DPI from January 2005 to May 2008. Lauren started their career as a Grants & Contracts Administrator at Veterans Medical Research Foundation from 2002 to December 2004. Lauren's early experience includes working as a Development Assistant at City Year Boston from November 1999 to February 2001.

From 1995 to 1999, Lauren Zamler attended Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. After completing their undergraduate studies, Lauren continued their education at San Diego State University from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they focused on Contract Management and obtained a degree in the same field, specializing in both commercial and government contracts.
