Jenni Lillie

Marketing Automation Strategist at Sercante

Jenni Lillie has been working in the marketing and design industry since 2008. Jenni started their own photography business in 2008 and continued to run it until 2015, when they began working for Return Path as a Brand Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer. In 2017, they moved to Headsweats as a Digital Marketing/UX/UI Design/Customer Experience Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for Swisslog Healthcare as a Design and Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, managing vendor implementation of Pardot, building Salesforce and Pardot campaign structures, creating and managing deployment of email campaigns, and designing email wireframes, landing pages, and templates. Most recently, they have been working as a Marketing Automation Strategist for Sercante since 2022.

Jenni Lillie obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Ball State University. In March 2017, they obtained a UX/UI Design Certificate from Boulder Digital Arts.
