Maxim Van Balen has extensive experience in customer service and sales administration, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at SERAX since November 2022. Prior to this, Maxim held the position of Sales Administrator at STRAPACK from September 2016 to November 2022 and worked as an Administrative Assistant in planning support at Kuehne+Nagel for a brief period in 2015-2016. Maxim's educational background includes a drop-out degree in Finance and Insurance from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, attended from September 2011 to June 2015, and a secondary diploma in Commerce from Sint-Jozefinstituut Kontich, completed in June 2011.
