Cynthia Ruff, M.Ed., currently serves as the Associate Director of Corporate DEI Strategy Research at Seramount, part of EAB, since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a DEI Consultant at Cook Ross from January 2021 to June 2022, managing client engagements focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives. From July 2016 to January 2021, Cynthia held the position of Assistant Director for Multicultural Programs at James Madison University, where responsibilities included creating culturally affirming education and overseeing resource groups for various marginalized communities. Cynthia's career in higher education began as a Residence Hall Director at Concordia College from July 2015 to May 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Delaware and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University.
