Bridgette D. Scales holds an MBA and has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Advisory at Seramount since April 2020, Bridgette has previously held senior roles at American Airlines and Procter & Gamble, where contributions included leading diversity initiatives and providing strategic consultation to executives. Notable accomplishments include designing the first-ever African-American Women’s Manager Summit and supporting organizational diversity strategies at both Procter & Gamble and American Airlines. Academically, Bridgette earned a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
