Edward Steel has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Creative Consultant for CPIC from June to November. Later in the same year, they joined ONE Homes as a Property Consultant from November 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Edward is a Business Development Representative at Serac Technologies.

Edward Steel completed their A-Levels in Business, Media & Sport Studies from Bexhill Sixth Form College between 2015 and 2017. Following this, they pursued a degree in Football Business & Media with a focus on Communication and Media Studies at UCFB from 2018 to 2021.
