Catalina Aristizábal Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Catalina is currently working at Sera4 as a Business Development Manager since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Commercial Director at Greenfoods Colombia starting from January 2020. Catalina also worked at Philip Morris International, initially as a Management System Assistant from March 2017 to September 2017, and later as a Buyer IM&S from September 2017 to January 2020. Catalina started their professional career as a Research Assistant at Universidad EAFIT from January 2014 to May 2014.

Catalina Aristizábal Johnson pursued their education at Universidad EAFIT. From 2011 to 2015, they completed a degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2016 to 2017, Catalina specialized in Project Management by completing an Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos from the same university.
