Pam White has extensive experience in employment services, currently serving as a Regional Case Manager and Employment Specialist at SER- JOBS FOR PROGRESS NATIONAL, INC. since November 2013. In this role, Pam develops and implements training plans, assesses client needs, and manages risk to enhance client outcomes. Prior to this position, Pam worked as a Career Center Assistant at the Workforce Center in Wichita, Kansas, providing customer service and assisting with resource identification. Pam's career began as a Secretary at Calvary Baptist Church, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and communication. Pam holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wichita State University and additional education from Wichita Area Technical College.
