Barbara Gonzalez has worked in various roles in the mental health field. Barbara started in 2007 as a work-study student at Clatsop Community College. From 2013 to 2014, Barbara worked as a Paraeducator at ESD 112 and then as a Residential Advisor at Job Corps. Barbara then became a Marriage and Family Therapist at Willapa Behavioral Health for a few months in 2013. Barbara worked as a Child and Family Therapist at Clatsop Behavioral Health from 2015 to 2017 and then as a Child and Family Therapist at Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA) from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, Barbara has been employed as a Mental Health Therapist at Cedar Hills Hospital since 2019 and is currently working there as of 2022. Barbara has also recently started working as a Mental Health Therapist at Sequoia Mental Health Services in 2022.
Barbara Gonzalez began their education at Clatsop Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology. Barbara then attended Argosy University Seattle from 2010 to 2011, where they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Finally, they pursued a Masters degree in Counseling (MFT) at Brandman University from 2011 to 2013.
