Nikki Ziatyk has a diverse background in client experience and operations. Nicole (Nikki) is currently working at Sequoia as a Manager, Client Experience. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Client Experience Manager (CXM) at Sequoia from September 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Sequoia, Nikki worked at Vestwell as an Implementations Relationship Manager from May 2021 to September 2021. Nicole (Nikki) also gained valuable experience at Sequoia Consulting Group as a Client Service Manager from April 2019 to May 2021 and as an Onboarding Manager from October 2018 to April 2019. Nikki's earlier career includes roles such as Head of People and Business Operations at TouchCast from June 2017 to September 2018, Financial Analyst at IgnitionOne from October 2015 to May 2017, and Analyst/Consultant at Benchmark Technologies International from March 2014 to October 2015. Additionally, Nikki has experience in program evaluation and research as a Capstone Project participant at Mountaineer Leadership Academy and as a Graduate Research Assistant at WVU Extension Services. Nicole (Nikki) has also been involved in community projects, serving as a Community Design Team Member for Unifying Moundsville. Nikki's internship at the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) allowed their to gain experience in environmental policy, public relations, education, and media presence. Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated strengths in relationship management, project coordination, process improvement, and financial analysis.

Nicole (Nikki) Ziatyk completed their high school education at Mountain Lakes High School in the years 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma. Nicole (Nikki) then pursued a dual degree in Criminology and Investigations as well as Psychology at West Virginia University from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2009, Nicole briefly studied at Universidad de Mendes Pelayo, focusing on a Spanish Minor. Nicole (Nikki) continued their studies at West Virginia University from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Masters degree in Public Administration.
