Allison McCullick, PHR, has a varied and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Allison'smost recent role was as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Insperity as a Human Resources Specialist from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Insperity, McCullick served as a Human Resources Partner at Nordstrom from September 2019 to March 2020. Allison also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Modern Luxury from May 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they managed HR strategy for the organization and collaborated with Finance, Legal, and Risk Management departments. Additionally, they worked as an HR Generalist at Modern Luxury from November 2016 to May 2017, where they handled various HR activities for approximately 130 employees.

Allison McCullick, PHR, obtained their B.S. degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued a Professional Certificate in Human Capital Management from New York University, completing the program in 2013. Additionally, in September 2019, Allison obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
