James Baston-Pitt is the current VP of Growth at Sequence. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Sales at Onfido from April 2015 to April 2022. During their time at Onfido, James helped the company grow from 25 employees to 600 and expand its customer base from 1,000 to over 100,000. James also increased new bookings and ARR by 20% YoY. Prior to Onfido, James worked as a Sales Executive at Red Gate Software from March 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for net new revenue and increasing efficiency through data metrics. James also liaised with the Business Intelligence team and attended trade shows and site visits. In addition to their sales executive role, James also served as an event manager and project manager at Red Gate Software.
