David McAloon is a legal professional with extensive experience in high-level roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Legal at Sequel Med Tech since November 2023, McAloon previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at CVS Health from December 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Managing Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2016 to December 2021, and clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. McAloon began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Richards, Layton & Finger before obtaining a law degree at Maryland Law School from 2010 to 2013.
