Collin Kessler, Ph.D., serves as a Bioinformatics Scientist at SeqCenter since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing bioinformatic pipelines for diverse datasets and managing a high-performance compute cluster. Previously, Collin completed a Ph.D. in Biology at Duquesne University, where dissertation research focused on genetic elements regulating multicellular traits in Pseudomonas fluorescens. Prior experience includes a role as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant at Wright Labs, analyzing clinical NGS data and generating reports on disease-related genes. Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Juniata College.
