Jeffrey Yingling has had a successful supply chain management/procurement career. Jeffrey's career began in 1991 when they were the Director, Corporate Procurement and Executive Sourcing for Highmark. In 2006, they became a Consultant for Corporate Contracts. The following year, they were the Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing for Human Genome Sciences. In 2008, they were the Director, Supply Management for Coventry Health Care. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Senior Director, Technology Sourcing for the American Red Cross. In 2013, they were the Strategic Supply Manager for Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. and in 2014, they became the Senior Negotiator-Project Lead for Seprio. Most recently, they retired in 2018.

Jeffrey Yingling received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Bucknell University. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management. Jeffrey also holds an Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.) and a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute for Supply Management.
