Elena Zimmermann is a skilled Laboratory Technician currently employed at Seprify, with a focus on advancing food science and technology. Previously, Elena gained experience as an R&D Master Trainee at Nestlé, contributing to the development of affordable nutrition products. As the Founder of Zimbakes, Elena showcased entrepreneurial talent by specializing in baking and cake decoration. Additionally, as an Associate Consultant at Lutterodt and Associates, Elena assisted SMEs with HACCP compliance and sustainable packaging solutions.
