Christine Garcia has a work experience spanning over two decades. Christine began their career at Biopredic International in 1995, where they worked as the person in charge of in vitro efficacy tests. In 1999, they joined SEPPIC and held the position of Head of Biological laboratory until 2006. Christine then became the Head of the Regulatory Department at SEPPIC until 2016. From 2016 to the present, Christine has served as the Director of Development and Innovation Unit for Cosmetic and Nutrition Active Ingredients at SEPPIC. Additionally, as of November 2021, they have taken on the role of Director of the Research & Innovation Unit for Health and Beauty applications at SEPPIC.

From 1990 to 1994, Christine Garcia pursued their education at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. During this time, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Neuropharmacology.
