Bettina BARLOG's work experience began in 2006 at Procter & Gamble, where they worked in product and process development until 2008. Bettina then joined Marbert GmbH as part of the product development team for six months. Since 2009, Bettina has been working at SEPPIC as a senior business development manager for beauty care.

Bettina Barlog completed their education at various institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a degree in Chemistry focused on polymer technology, specifically Dipl. Chemikerin (FH). In 2005 and 2006, they also studied at the Gesellschaft deutscher Chemiker (GdCh) e.V., where they obtained a degree as Projekt Managerin Wirtschaftchemie GdCh, with a focus on Wirtschaftschemie. Most recently, in 2019, they briefly attended Cologne University of Applied Sciences to pursue a degree in Social Media Managerin.
