Virginie Juin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the luxury and retail sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for Brand & Creation at Parfums Christian Dior since July 2018, Virginie has also held positions such as Senior HR Manager and HR Manager for Travel Retail Europe within the company. Prior to this, Virginie was HR Manager for Clarins Group, overseeing brands including Clarins and Mugler Couture from April 2015 to June 2018. Experience also includes roles as Associate Director at Morgan Philips Executive Search and Executive Manager at Michael Page. Virginie holds a degree in Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and completed an MBA semester at the University of Alberta, alongside a preparatory program at CPGE Loquidy.
