Kelly Bailey Monaghan is an experienced Talent Partner at SEPHORA since December 2021, specializing in full life cycle recruiting and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Previously, Kelly served as a Human Resources Executive at Target from September 2018 to December 2021, where a focus was placed on partnering with leaders to enhance team performance and sales culture.
