Elaine L. has extensive experience in marketing and strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Insights at SEPHORA since November 2011. Previous roles at SEPHORA include Senior Director of Loyalty - Promotions, Senior Director of Digital Client Experience, Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, and Director of Business Strategy. Prior to SEPHORA, Elaine held the position of Director of Strategy at Orchard Supply Hardware from July 2006 to November 2011 and worked briefly as a Product Manager at Amazon.com in 2005. Elaine's earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Sycamore Networks and as an Applications Engineer at JDS Uniphase. Elaine earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
