In 2017, they were an Expansion Associate at Homage and a Senior Product Specialist at IDS Medical Systems (idsMED). Finally, in 2016, they were a Certified Personal Trainer at Celebrity Fitness.

Nor Adibah Mohd completed their education in 2012-2015 at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, studying Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. In 2015, they attended University of Leeds, studying Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Nor Adibah has also obtained certifications from various institutions, including the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association, Sahara Academy, Fitness Innovations Malaysia (FITM), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Kinesio Taping Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan.
