Patricia Lopez, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with significant experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Accounting Manager at Sentry since December 2021, Patricia has previously held roles as a Senior Accountant specializing in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at PagerDuty, where responsibilities included preparing 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC rules, and leading process improvement initiatives. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at EY in various assurance roles, contributing to significant projects and maintaining strong client relationships. Patricia began a career in customer service with Harlan Estate Winery and Caymus Vineyards, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. Patricia earned a degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
