Caitlyn O’Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a focus on Ethnic and Racial Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Currently serving as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Sentry Equipment since April 2023, Caitlyn previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Ace Precision Machining, managing various leave programs and engagement initiatives. Caitlyn also has experience at Guardian Credit Union in both Generalist and Coordinator roles, handling payroll processing and recruitment, along with a foundational internship at Programmed Cleaning Inc. where Caitlyn assisted with safety training and employee relations. Additionally, Caitlyn has held a hybrid position at Montage | Video Interviewing, supporting HR and executive functions.
