Beau Donnell has extensive experience in customer service and team management. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager and Video Review Manager at SentriForce since October 2017, Beau handles client requests for forensic video investigations and manages associated inquiries. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Consultant at Best Buy from June 2014 to October 2017, where Beau demonstrated a deep understanding of technology while assisting customers. Additionally, Beau held various positions at Panera Bread from October 2011 to June 2014, progressing from part-time food service employee to Shift Manager, responsible for training, task delegation, and scheduling. Beau attained an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Lone Star College between 2013 and 2015.
