Steven Saunders is the Founder and Principal of Sentosa Technology Consultants, a role held since October 2007, where the team grew from 1 to 25 within four years, focusing on software development and strategic advising for the video and broadband service provider industries. Previous experience includes serving as a Consulting Software Engineer and Architect at Time Warner Cable, where key contributions included security server development and capacity forecasting applications. As the Director of Firmware Engineering at Digeo, Steven managed firmware and QA teams for advanced DVR technology. Steven also held the position of Project Director at CableLabs, overseeing the development of the CableHome specification and leading standards participation. Early career highlights include serving as Director of Software Engineering at Vecxel Imaging and as a Senior Software Engineer at SDRC. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
