James C. Allan, Jr. is a First Vice President and Director of Research responsible for market research for both the residential and the commercial sectors. Prior to joining Sentinel in 2000, Mr. Allan worked as an Associate Real Estate Appraiser with the appraisal firm of Mitchell, Maxwell & Jackson. Mr. Allan earned a BS in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University and a Certificate of Appraisal Studies from New York University.
