Gregory Pezza is a Retirement Plan Advisor and Benefits Specialist at Sentinel Group since August 2021, focusing on helping companies enhance their employee benefits and improve talent recruitment and retention. With a holistic approach, Sentinel Group addresses various benefits needs, including retirement plans and health insurance. Prior to this role, Gregory served as an Executive Recruiter at Daversa Partners in 2019, where selection by the CEO placed Gregory in an elite group dedicated to identifying future technology leaders.
