Megan Chadderton has over 15 years of work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President at The Blackstone Group. Megan then moved to The Gramlist in 2016, where they held the role of Operations + HR. In 2018, Chadderton became a Talent Management Consultant at Kite Pharma, and in 2019 they were appointed Director of Community at Lockstep, Inc. In 2020, they took on the role of Community Partner at FounderMeetFunder, and most recently, in 2021, they became Talent Acquisition at Sidebench. Megan is currently working as a Recruiter at SentiLink since 2022.

Megan Chadderton received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from The George Washington University between 2000 and 2005. Megan then attended New York University between 2011 and 2012 for Special Event Management, but did not receive any degree.
