Navreet Gill has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Navreet started their career as a Packet Core Network Engineer at Nortel Networks, India in 2008. After working there for a year and a half, they joined Ericsson as an Intelligent Networks Engineer in 2010. In 2011, they moved on to Nokia Siemens Networks as a Packet Core Planning and Optimization Engineer. Navreet worked there for two years before joining Sentieo in 2013. At Sentieo, Navreet first worked as an Analyst/Consultant for a year and then transitioned to a Product Manager role in January 2015, where they are currently employed.

Navreet Gill obtained a Certificate in Becoming a Better Manager from Harvard Business School Online in 2017. Prior to that, Gill pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2011 to 2013. In earlier years, Gill completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, graduating in 2008.
