Pamela Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pamela started their career in 2003 as a Manager at Solstice Sun Studios, where they successfully managed all aspects of the business. In 2004, they became a Teacher at School District #67 and later transitioned to Kaleden Elementary in 2007. In 2008, Pamela joined Sentes Automotive as the Director of Operations. Pamela then served as a Committee Chair at BC Cancer Foundation from 2012 to 2020, organizing community involvement in cancer research. In 2016, they became the CPHR Committee Chair at CPHR BC & YK, where they coordinated educational sessions for HR professionals. In 2019, Pamela became a member of the Board of Directors at the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and held various leadership positions, including President from 2022 to 2023. Finally, in 2021, they served as a URBA Director at Uptown Rutland Business Association.
Pamela Pearson pursued their education at Selkirk College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Pamela then continued their studies at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan from 2002 to 2007, specializing in Elementary Education and Teaching, and obtained another Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree.
